A Solution to White Fly - Insecticidal Soap

Well, the war on white flies rages on. They're a huge problem down here now. I've seen enormous trees completely defoliated by the stupid things and I wasn't about to let my young fruit trees, that I paid a lot of money for, go down without putting up a good fight on their behalf. I planted marigolds around their bases, but they haven't grown enough yet and I had been blasting the flies off each leaf with the hose each evening but that wasn't enough. I had to bring out the big guns.

I bought some insecticidal soap at Home Depot and it works and is safe for organically grown edibles. The white flies hate it. I've been spraying my trees once a week and so far the white flies are gone. Dead and gone. The way they should be.

Here is the product I bought, but I'm sure there are other brands out there. This is what they had at my Home Depot.

It's a Miracle! We've Got Fruit! Miracle Fruit That Is

Check it out! My Miracle Fruit has born berries and they're ripe with plenty more green ones waiting. Miracle Fruit contains a unique compound that rewires your tastebuds, confusing them for about an hour. It makes everything taste different and from what I've heard, sweeter. Lemons taste like candy. Bitter foods become palatable. Sounds exciting. I've even heard that cancer patients use these to enhance their appetites when they feel sick from chemo. Everyone else just has fun with them. People even have "flavor tripping parties" described in this New York Times article, which I'd love to try. I have quite a few ripe berries and I couldn't possibly use them all so if anyone knows of a cancer patient or anyone with any other illness who thinks they could benefit from this, please email me and I'd be happy to let you try some of my fruits if you were able to come pick them up in the east Fort Lauderdale area.
